ABOUT ROXY -

I have always had a passion for wanting people to realize how truly beautiful they are,
To bring inner beauty to the surface and make it shine for all to see - especially the beautiful soul from which that beauty comes but sometimes hides within.

I am Roxy and I am based in the sunny Bay of Islands, I am a Professional Makeup Artist and Beauty Therapist and Nail Tech.
I sort of fell into this industry back in 2003 - 2007, and although I never thought it was an industry I would be in - I would not change it for the world. I LOVE makeup, I LOVE what I do and I LOVE my clients.

I am happy to travel to any location you require (travel expenses may apply)

Some of my favourite work being School Balls, Maternity and Weddings, I also love being involved in Portrait and Family Photos, and to be honest the one that really makes me sparkle, is being involved in suprise weddings, such a buzz.

I believe all makeup artists have their own style- you could give the same photo to ten different makeup artists and you would have ten different looks, My style is a more natural, classical style, slightly edgey if needed, but never fake looking.
I use mainly my own range of Botanically derived, Natural Makeup, www.vipme.co.nz along with other brands that are Natural, No Chemicals, - so no irritated skin. A Makeup that feels amazing and truly wears well, and lasts the distance
Natural, Vegan Friendly, Cruelty Free. Love Your Skin, Love The Planet, Love Natural.
Although these are my preferences I am also more than happy to use your own brand of Foundation, if preferred.
